In conjunction with Vizcaya’s centennial, Lost Spaces and Stories of Vizcaya is a two-part exhibition on view from May 2016 through May 2017. For this opening, Lost Spaces will feature original installations by seven South Florida artists or collaborative teams commissioned through Vizcaya’s Contemporary Arts Program, all commenting on historical elements of the estate that have been lost to time. Artists are: Juraj Kojs, Duane Brant, Lucinda Linderman, David Rohn, Frances Trombly, Amanda Keeley and Magnus Sigurdarson.
