It consists of 12 art studios located at 1637 SW 8th Street. Studios open to the public: Annie M., Phillip Avello, Joseph T. Woodward, Ninoska Perez Castellon, Ernesto Maranje, Didi Marchi, Katey Penner, Marcy Grosso, Santos E. Mendez, Viernes Culturales Exhibition Space, Mink 'a Exhibit Space, and Augusto Sanchez.
