ICA Miami and Guadalupe Maravilla present Los Purifiers, a new performance by the New York- and Richmond-based artist that aims to create a new visual memory for the entangled genealogy of border-crossing stories. For the past three years, summers at Vizcaya have been marked by a unique performance – 1,000 people coming together in a glowing processional of illuminated lanterns. This year’s illuminated spectacular will be bigger than ever! Arrive early and enjoy food trucks and live entertainment starting at 7:00 p.m. Then get ready for the parade to begin promptly at 8:30 p.m. as night falls on the gardens. Tickets are $10 for the general public.
