This Goldman Sach’s Salon Series presents a talk on Miami Architecture, in particular, the inception of PAMM’s Herzog & de Meuron-designed building. Enjoy a night of fun with the Coral Gables Museum as they celebrate their monthly “Gallery Night Live” celebration in Miami. The museum will be premiering their next exhibition “Future Tense” with work by local artist Judith Berk King as part of the Caribe Club. Also, don’t forget to take a look at their current exhibition “Kindred Spirits”, showing the work of ten artists inspired by the Hudson. Join the NSU for a discussion of pride and identity with workshops, symposia, discussions, and performances that foster inclusion, acceptance, and understanding for the LGBTQ+ community. This month will feature work from the ceramic artist Grayson Perry, whose work challenges cultural and gender norms by making work about his female alter-ego Claire, visitors will get to work with their own ceramic vessels to express their own personal narrative and journey. Learn about empowerment and self-discovery in a safe space today with the museum.

Join the NSU Art Museum for a night for all ages with activities ranging from art workshops and hands-on projects for kids, happy hour and 2 for 1 drink prices, light bites at the museum cafe, and free museum admission. In celebration of Women’s History Month, this month’s activities will revolve around revolutionary Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. There will also be a lecture for adults about her life with an art historian in Frida Kahlo – An Anguished Brush.

Join the NSU Art Museum and drag phenomenon Queef Latina for “A Sense of Pride” with talks on sexuality, the inception of drag and the LGBTQ+ community. This month’s special guest, Queef Latina is a drag performer and sewing instructor based in Miami, Florida. She owns Queef Enterprises, a community sewing studio in downtown Miami where she holds monthly workshops and private classes.

Join PAMM for the free community night, with a special pride celebration for this month. Museum admission is free on the first Thursday of every month, and the galleries will be open after hours. Join ICA for their free first Friday events, with special featured events and activities specifically for Miami Pride month. ICA invites visitors from all communities to enjoy drag performances, complimentary craft beer, and musical performance by SOPHIE. Join HistoryMiami for their 3rd annual Flamingo Ball, the biggest party, awards ceremony, and fundraiser the year at the museum! This year, HistoryMiami hosts at the beautiful Citation Ballroom in Hialeah Park and offers visitors a delicious luxury stone crab dinner, live music, and awards ceremony which will present the prestigious local Henry Flagler award. The Goldman Sachs Salon Series invites special museum supporters every month to discuss contemporary art–this month so special edition will talk about contemporary African Art from a cultural and curatorial standpoint. Join NSU museum for talks on tolerance, acceptance, and love in the LGBTQ+ community. The museum will feature many activities in recognition of June Pride Month and the 50th Anniversary of Stonewall, with a one-day symposium with local and national LGBTQ artists, curators and activists will highlight issues in the LGBTQ+ art community. Complete with panel discussions on the AIDS crisis and artists, performances, the Gay men chorus, and ritualistic healing practice by artist Roberto Navarrete that responds to intolerance towards LGBTQ+ community, the museum has something to offer for everyone.

Join Vizcaya Museum & Gardens for a 60-minute, all-level vinyasa class located in the beautiful museum facing the Biscayne Bay. Join NSU Art Museum for A Sense of Pride even leading up to National June Pride Month. In this special edition, the museum will be hosting a discussion with performance artists Liz Ferrer and Bow Ty Enterprises Venture Capital, as well as live music by Nia, a local femme reggaeton band that celebrates coming-outs, comings of age, and self-accepting. Join to learn about diversity, and embrace and celebrate different communities at the museum.
