Nearly one hundred works from private collections in Florida have been organized and assembled to bring together some of the most recognizable names in Cuban art, including Carlos Alfonzo, Carlos Enríquez, Wifredo Lam, Manuel Mendive, José Mijares, Amelia Peláez, René Portocarrero, Leopoldo Romañach, and Tomás Sánchez. The exhibit is curated by Segundo Fernández, attorney, art collector and doctoral candidate in art history.
