Please join us for an evening of art and live music with internationally recognized Cuban artist, Yuque. On exhibit will also be the photographing works of local Miami artist, Jennifer Betances.
Born Jorge Luis Gonzales, in La Habana, Cuba, "Yuque" matriculated through the state-run arts program with honors. With shows in Italy's International Art fair of the Caribbean, as well the Mudita Gallery in Berlin, Yuque is well-respected at home and abroad. Showing in Miami for the first time for just one night, Yuque will be exhibiting his beautiful but haunting works of art. Displaying a deft touch with his chosen acrylic paints, Yuque is able to simulate watercolors with a photorealistic edge.
