About Us
Black Square Gallery opened its doors in 2010 to present world art processes and trends to modern viewers. Our goal is to interact with our visitors, customers and represented artists, complementing the gallery exhibitions and international art fairs, with creative discussions, lectures and master classes with the participation of curators and artists.

Exhibitions of paintings and sculptures are alternated with the shows of video art, photography and installations. We are pleased to show our visitors and collectors a group of selected and accomplished artists, former participants of the Venice Biennale and other significant art events, as well as talented and promising young artist from different countries, and continents such as U.S., Ukraine, France, Russia, and Switzerland.

The gallery's name comes from the picture by avant-gardism and supremacist Kazimir Malevich (1879, Kiev - 1935, Leningrad) "Black Square" (1915), which revolutionized art and largely determined the course of its future development. "Black Square" became one of the first steps of transition to conceptual art, and today it is a symbol of art complex, philosophical, elitist and innovation.

Black Square Gallery founders are Anna Milashevych and Ronald Kritzler.
