The present exhibition is a great opportunity to see the high quality, representative works by Venezuelan well-known artists created in four diverse artistic languages with dissimilar aesthetic expressions and original innovatory proposals
Using a very personal, contemporary style, artists developed works that are characterized by a softness in approaching forms and by gentle contrasts in both the use of color and forms, as well as the tropical opulence that honors the warmth,
the imaginary and the aesthetic-cultural syncretism of  their  native Barquisimeto. The artists close relationship to the Venezuelan lands, is revealed in their paintings charged with a mystical poetry that speaks of local people’s spiritual tradition.

Artwork also on display Saturday, October 29, 11 – 5.
