Noche de Arte — Featuring Dominik Ambroise
This Monday

Noche de Arte
Dominik Ambroise
(Artist-in-Residence)

Join us for Noche de Arte, collaboARTive’s free weekly art experience at Gallery 100 inside InterContinental Miami—where hotel guests, locals, and visitors come together for a relaxed night of art, conversation, and creative play.

Each Monday, you’ll meet a featured artist, enjoy light bites provided by InterContinental Miami, and take part in a hands-on collage activity—no experience needed, just show up and make something.

A key part of the experience: the Artist-in-Residence creates live during the event, breaking down the borders between artist and viewer and inviting everyone into the process in real time.

Celebrating Haitian Heritage Month

May is Haitian Heritage Month, and this month at Noche de Arte we’re celebrating the contributions of Haitian culture in Miami—the creativity, resilience, and community impact that continue to shape our city’s cultural landscape.

About the Artist: Dominik Ambroise

Dominik Ambroise is a South Florida–based multidisciplinary artist born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Her work explores resilience, healing, and joy, shaped by personal transformation and lived experience. After surviving a life-altering car accident, she turned to painting as a form of therapy—discovering the strength found in vulnerability and self-acceptance.

Working across painting, ceramics, and textile-based sculpture, Ambroise creates richly textured pieces using materials such as burlap, rope, and fabric. Her work reflects movement, memory, and the layered nature of identity, often inspired by her Haitian roots and the rhythms of the Caribbean.
