Broward Cultural Division just launched Business Skills for Creatives, a 4-week virtual series where artists can learn how to turn their creativity into a successful business. On Saturdays from July 10 through 31, artists will learn from industry professionals lessons including how to apply for grant funding as an artist, financial strategies post-pandemic, creative placemaking for stronger communities, and the art of negotiation. More information on the sessions can be found here. Courses will stream live on @BrowardArts Facebookand @BrowardArts YouTube on the following Saturdays July 10 - 31 from 10:30 am to noon.
