Join the Frost for their "Slow Art" day, in which visitors are encouraged to relax and look at art with a fresher perspective, learning mindfulness and deeper artistic discovery though a slow looking process. Join us for yoga with FIU Professor Dr. Andrea Seidel, Mandala rock painting, discussions about the artworks on view, and wrap up the day with a mindfulness activity with FIU Wellness Program Manager, Nathan Burandt.
