The Hollywood Art and Culture Center, celebrating its 50th anniversary season, is pleased to announce the opening of three new art exhibitions this fall/winter season.
Dennis Scholl: A Day of Four Sunsets
Miami-based artist Dennis Scholl presents assemblages of NASA memorabilia that meditate on humanity’s relationship with space exploration. Inspired by astronaut John Glenn’s 1962 orbit, the works weave together mission patches, photographs, and declassified documents into dodecagon-based compositions that evoke cyclical time, memory, and cosmic order.

Felice Grodin: Where Do I Go From Here?
Architecturally trained artist Felice Grodin showcases new ink drawings on mylar, many created during her Center 2025 Spring Residency. Her intricate lines form circles and curves that resemble maps, cities, and speculative worlds, blending references to ancient civilizations with automatism to explore psychological boundaries and surreal landscapes.

Brian Reedy: Gothic Pop Prints
Miami artist Brian Reedy exhibits over ten linoleum block prints combining medieval woodcut and Japanese printmaking traditions with pop culture themes. Commissioned by the Center to create a Lizzie Borden print for LIZZIE: The Musical, Reedy also explores hauntings, oddities, and the afterlife through bold, graphic, and macabre imagery.
An opening reception will take place on Saturday, October 18 at 6 PM, followed by the Center’s Free Arts Day on Sunday, October 19 from 12–4 PM which will offer complimentary admission and a hands-on printmaking workshop with Brian Reedy.
