“For me, art is a continuous dialogue—a reflection of life itself, a world where art becomes both everything and nothing, a constant cycle of birth and death. An ever-evolving exchange between the seen and the unseen, where materials, ideas, and emotions intertwine to invite reflection, challenge perceptions, and reveal the deepest truths of ourselves”.

Tatiana Zaytseva

Tatiana Zaytseva is a contemporary artist based in Miami, Florida, originally from Smolensk, Russia. With a background in Philosophy from Moscow State University and extensive studies in Art History, Art Theory, and Contemporary Art, Tatiana blends diverse cultural influences with intellectual depth, bringing a  unique perspective to her work.

Artist’s practice resides at the intersection of post-postmodernism and metamodernism. She embraces the post-postmodern return to sincerity, authenticity, and emotional engagement, focusing on meaning, hope, and the search for truth in a fragmented world. Simultaneously, her work is imbued with metamodern sensibilities—oscillating between irony and sincerity, complexity and clarity. She engages with depth, empathy, and a sense of revival, challenging norms while remaining true to her aesthetic vision.

Tatiana’s approach to art involves an exploration of shape, material, and color, whether by deconstructing, transforming, and integrating elements from influential artists or by creating inner dialogues that delve into the depths of human emotion. Her works often serve as invitations for viewers to engage in new dialogues, encouraging deep reflection on their relationship with the world.

Artist began her artistic exploration as an “artist of the media,” immersing herself deeply in chosen materials—resin, fabric, canvas, cardboard—and pushing their boundaries through innovation. Her work reveals the endless possibilities within each medium, demonstrating its versatility and the stories it can tell. Over time, she has added profound conceptual depth to her art, transforming each piece into a multidimensional experience.

At the heart of Tatiana’s art is the concept of dialogue. Her works create a space for dynamic exchanges that blend past and present, the familiar and the unknown, inviting viewers to engage, reflect, and discover new perspectives.
