Today,  the Lowe Art Museum invites you to join them for their Mindful Looking Sessions and Art of Mindfulness, in which you can slow down and recharge with a new and refreshing way of looking at art that is centered around being present. Start off your afternoon with a mindful journey of the Lowe gallery pieces, focusing particularly on one for the session. This event is perfect for all ages. The Lowe offers these sessions every Tuesday, so there is always a weekly chance to be refreshed with the museum.
