The Lowe Art Museum will host a conversation with Five Magnum Photographers: Carolyn Drake, Thomas Hoepker, Susan Meiselas, Martin Parr, and Alec Soth as part of The Arnold and Augusta Newman Lecture Series in Photography. The panel discussion with the five photographers, will take place at 7:00 pm in the University of Miami Shalala Student Center Ballroom. A book signing will follow, courtesy of Books & Books. Magnum Photos is an international photographic cooperative. Owned by its photographer-members since its founding in 1947, this legendary collective has survived for decades by consistently redefining itself. This December, 25 Magnum photographers will gather in Miami to discuss their work and continue shaping the cooperative.
