The New World School of the Arts Dance Division launches its Dance on Film Series with award-winning video artist and film director, Charles Atlas. Kicking off a year-long celebration of the life and work of Merce Cunningham in the Centennial year, Charles Atlas will speak at New World School of the Arts, showing excerpts of his work and discussing his approach to creating and collaborating in the field of dance for the camera.  Thursday, September 27, 7 pm (New World Dance Theater -25 NE 2nd St. 8th Floor.
