Join the ICA museum in the final days of Women's month for "They Failed to Remember Us", a symposium about the ideas and work of Intersectional feminists, women that focus on female issues within the black, Hispanic, indigenous, and queer community. The way that these artists have combined their work and their activism are truly encouraging in these times of global cultural regression and political backlash against social justice and especially women’s rights. The symposium, however, seeks to explore different, interdisciplinary approaches that incorporate questions of race, gender, and colonialism.
